The rose ‘ausimmon’ is a shrub variety growing approximately 90–120 cm in height. The blooms are large, measuring 8–10 cm in diameter, and display a soft blush pink coloration. Each flower is densely double (up to 120 petals), forming an opulent, full bloom composed of gently ruffled petals.
The center features a rich, slightly decadent pale cherry-pink tone, while the outer petals fade into a softer, delicate pink. The outermost petals initially form a cupped rosette shape, marked with subtle natural green veining, gradually unfurling and reflexing backward as the bloom opens, eventually concealing these outer layers.
The fragrance is delicate with fruity notes, refined and pleasant. The blooms are long-lasting and color-stable, maintaining their beauty for over a week even under full sun exposure.
‘ausimmon’ forms a narrow, upright shrub with thorny stems, featuring attractive foliage, good branching, and overall strong vigor with reliable disease resistance.
